Logo365 is an AI-powered logo generation service that creates holiday-themed versions of your brand logo throughout the year. By subscribing, you gain access to our automated generation pipeline which produces logo variants for holidays and events relevant to your selected region.
Our service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed each time an image is generated or regenerated. Credit balances and their refresh schedules are defined by your subscription tier.
Logo365 subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page in your portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to all features until that date.
Subscription prices are subject to change with at least 30 days advance notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Credits that have been consumed through image generation are non-refundable. Each generation deducts credits at the time of processing.
If you believe you were incorrectly charged or experienced a service failure that prevented delivery of a paid feature, contact us at support@logo365.ai within 48 hours. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may issue prorated credits or account adjustments at our discretion.
Stripe payment processing fees are non-refundable in all cases.
You may use Logo365 to generate and download logo assets for your own brand or for clients on whose behalf you have authority to act. You may not use the service to generate images for the purpose of bulk commercial resale or redistribution without written permission.
Automated scraping of the Logo365 website, API, or generated assets is prohibited. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or interfere with our generation pipeline or infrastructure.
You are responsible for ensuring that the logo and brand assets you upload do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. Logo365 does not verify ownership of uploaded assets.
You retain full ownership of the brand logo and assets you upload to Logo365. By uploading your assets, you grant Logo365 a limited, non-exclusive license to process and transform those assets solely for the purpose of providing the service.
The Logo365 platform, including the website, software, generation pipeline, and documentation, is owned by Logo365 and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of our platform without permission.
Generated images produced by the service that incorporate your brand logo are considered derivative works owned by you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model provider (Replicate / Black Forest Labs).
Logo365 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated images will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Logo365 and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Logo365 in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
